9/1: Updated US Privacy Policy and Seller Services
The following policy and services have been updated as of today, September 1, 2009:
Changes to US Privacy Policy
The US Privacy Policy describes the information we collect from our customers, how we collect this information, and what we do with it after it’s we collected. The change to the US Privacy Policy is a new section on Internet Advertising and the ability to opt out of certain types of internet marketing.
Please review the updated US Privacy Policy.
Changes to Seller Services
The Seller Services page contains the terms and conditions for the various Seller Services that are available through the CafePress Service. The changes to the Seller Services are minor and will allow us to help you keep designs in the CafePress Marketplace fresh and of the highest quality as we launch new products, styles, and/or upgrade printing technology:
- CafePress may help determine what products your designs will be available on in the CafePress Marketplace and may automatically add your designs to additional products for you. For example, if a customer wants your design on a sweatshirt, and you don’t offer a sweatshirt we can add your design to a sweatshirt.
- To improve the printing quality, CafePress may automatically modify your designs. For instance we may clean up JPG artifacting, adjust colors for optimal printing on different printers and products, and adjust placement on different products.
Please review the updated Seller Services.
